Templegrad and Statbetting closes up shop

Today was the day 91 of Templegrad going tout. He offered a 90 day 110% money back guarantee. He charged us $300 for THE ENTIRE MLB SEASON. Then today, after losing 50 units in 90 days, when he's supposed to issue our $330 refund, his site is now gone (statbetting.com), no plays were sent, and he's vanished.

I see two things here....

1. Fraud- He offered a 90 day money back guarantee. He owes myself, and many others $330, but has now vanished without paying.

2. Theft- Not only did he steal the $330 he owes us for the guarantee, but he also accepted payment for the entire MLB season, and also said the NFL season is included as well.

I realize there's very little to be done, but it's obvious this guy scammed many, including myself, and has walked away. It would be quite easy to track this prick down based on the paypal account the money was sent to and the name and ip address his website was registered to. I'm not worried about the $330, but I don't want this colossal prick to walk away if there's anything at all I can do.

Mods if you can, please send me this fuck's ip address so I can begin tracking this no good fuck down.

Withing an hour of me emailing him about his site and my lack of plays or refund and posting on this forum his site is back up and he tells me nothing has been wrong with it all day. He's a hack. Whether I get my money or not it should be known that in 90 days at 2 units per play this dumb ass lost 50+ units. He posts on various capper watchdog sites and inflates his units and record, but I have a spreadsheet of every play.....HE SUCKS.

Don't take it the wrong way but what was/is this guy's claim to fame and/or why would someone want to send an unknown dick $330 in the first place? :think2:
